Tyler Perry will appear in the upcoming “Star Trek” film, due in theaters in July 2008. The filmmaker will star as the head of the Starfleet Academy in the “Star Trek” feature that has been shooting since November.

Grammy Awards 2008 fronntrunner Amy Winehouse has been booked to perform at the February 10th ceremony. With any luck, she’ll be leaving her syringe and crack pipe back in the UK.
