Sean Levert was found dead in a Cleveland, Ohio, jail over the weekend. The thirty-nine year old, the son of O’Jays legend Eddie Levert, was being held for allegedly failing to pay about $80,000 in child support. The cause of death was not immediately known. Sean’s older brother Gerald Levert died Nov. 10, 2006 at the age of 40.

Remy Ma has been found guilty on four charges, including assault in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon stemming from the July 2007 shooting of her former friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph outside the Pizza Bar in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. Remy was cuffed and escorted out of the court screaming “Oh my God!”

T.I. is expected to plead guilty today to federal gun charges and will face prison time. The Associated Press reports the rapper is expected to be sentenced to 1,500 hours of community service and 12 months in prison.
