The 2008 MTV Movies Awards will air live from Hollywood on Sunday night, and singing burlesque troupe The Pussycat Dolls will be on hand to perform their new single “When I Grow Up.” The track will be featured on the girls’ forthcoming sophomore LP, in stores everywhere this Fall. “Baby mama” Shaniqua Tompkins is accusing hip hop mogul 50 Cent of orchestrating the five-alarm blaze that nearly killed her and the ten year old son she shares with the rapper. 50 and Shaniqua have been embroiled in a bitter fight over the $1.4 million Long Island home for several months.

Six people are hospitalized after a “suspicious” fire burned down a multimillion-dollar Long Island home owned by 50, Dix Hills Fire Chief Larry Feld says. The chief also confirmed that the Arson Squad is on the scene of the blaze, characterizing the fire as “highly suspicious.” Earlier this year, Shaniqua Tompkins sued 50 Cent, claiming he had promised her the $2.4 million house. A judge ordered the month of three to vacated the mansion next month.
