Authorities are searching for 24-year-old Mitrice Richardson, who disappeared shortly after being released by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
Mitrice, a former beauty queen and recent California State University grad, was last seen walking out of a sheriff’s station at approximately 4:30AM one week ago. Her parents say she should never have been released at that hour with no transportation or money.
“Mitrice is not street savvy,” her mother, Latice Sutton, told TODAY’s Matt Lauer Friday from Los Angeles, on Friday. “Mitrice has had a pretty sheltered upbringing.”Read the rest of this entry »

The disgraced R&B star will headline Power 105.1’s Powerhouse ’09 concert on October 27, 2009, at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the New York City-based station announced Wednesday. The concert will feature additional performances by Fabulous, Keri Hilson, The-Dream, Trey Songz, Mario, Day26 and Ginuwine.
