50 CENT and LIL’ KIM are being sued for $2 million by a record producer who says the rappers failed to pay the royalties on their track MAGIC STICK. Carlos Evans says he was employed by Rotten Apple Records to produce, engineer and mix the song in 2003, but has never received a payment. The lawsuit, filed at Manhattan Supreme Court in New York on Thursday, claim the track was originally intended for 50 Cent’s Get Rich Or Die Tryin album, but was instead used by Atlantic Records on Lil’ Kim’s La Bella Mafia. Evans says, “It was one of the hottest tracks on that album, and I didn’t collect my royalties.”
