Celebrity tattles claim that R&B crooner Akon may face Attempted Murder charges for tossing a teenage concertgoer off stage after the boy hit the Senegalese singer in the face with a ball.
The Fishkill Police Department and the local District Attorney’s Office decided in a Monday afternoon meeting that it would be possible to charge Akon with the felony.
“Most people [at the meeting] thought that what Akon did to the fan was an assault - possibly aggravated assault. But [a member of the District Attorney’s office] thought that it would be more appropraite to charge him with Attempted Murder … After some discussion, most of the people in the room agreed with [the person from the District Attorney’s office] that a charge of Attempted Murder may be warranted,” says a snitching snoop.

i dont think they should be charginh him with attempted murda. thats BS if u ask me. if paris hilton can only get 45 days for three dui’s then there is no reason for all this attempted murder talk
