Akon Faces Attempted Murder Charges For Tossing Fan Off Stage?
Celebrity tattles claim that R&B crooner Akon may face Attempted Murder charges for tossing a teenage concertgoer off stage after the boy hit the Senegalese singer in the face with a ball.
The Fishkill Police Department and the local District Attorney’s Office decided in a Monday afternoon meeting that it would be possible to charge Akon with the felony.
“Most people [at the meeting] thought that what Akon did to the fan was an assault – possibly aggravated assault. But [a member of the District Attorney's office] thought that it would be more appropraite to charge him with Attempted Murder … After some discussion, most of the people in the room agreed with [the person from the District Attorney's office] that a charge of Attempted Murder may be warranted,” says a snitching snoop.
