The twenty-two year old woman believed to have had sex on videotape with Grammy Award winner R. Kelly will take the stand in the singer’s defense when his child pornography trial starts in September. He is facing up to fifteen years behind bars.

The girl and her parents reportedly have told police and a grand jury that she was not the girl in the video. Refuting the claims is the girl’s aunt, former ‘Be Careful’ singer Sparkle, who confirmed that it was her niece on the video and that she appeared to be about fourteen at the time.
