R&B songbird Amerie is engaged!

The “Why Don’t We Fall In Love?” hitmaker is set to wed her manager boyfriend, Lenny Nicholson. Amerie, 30, accepted Nicholson’s proposal — and a pink diamond ring — during a romantic trip to Paris last month.

But her publicist was forced to quash rumors that the couple had eloped.

“…She is not getting married (yet), she just got engaged, that’s it.”
