Sixty-five year old Aretha Franklin is reportedly set to wed for the third time - this time to long-time boyfriend Willie Wilkerson Jr. The pair has been spotted attending wedding dress fittings in New York. The ceremony is reportedly scheduled for June.

This guy’s been her bodyguard/friend for years! He’s watched as man after man has tried to “make his career” by latching on to the legendary Queen of Soul.
I suppose Aretha’s attitude at this point is bordering on how rich men feel: you only live once…so what if she doesn’t love me, I’m getting what I want!”
Willie, perhaps, doesn’t mind how heavy Franklin is and likes her no matter how much weight she gains. Aretha has said, “I like having a man around the house.” Wasn’t her last boyfriend, the stud, Leon, from Madonna’s “Like A Prayer” video?
