Beyonce And Kelly Rowland No Longer Friends
Sounds like Papa Knowles is taking being dissed as Kelly Rowland’s manager a little harder than we thought.
Word on The Snitch Circuit claims Mathew Knowles is so angry that the “Dilemma” singer dropped him as her manager earlier this year, that he has forbidden his little moneymaker daughter Beyonce from speaking to Kelly.
We hear the nearly lifelong pals, now 27, have ended their friendship.
A tattle in Mathew’s Music World Entertainment label tells Destiny’s Child Rumors:
“Matthew has been absolutely livid over this and has advised Beyonce not to let Kelly pull on her coat tails anymore. Matthew feels Michelle and Kelly should be lucky they have a career at all and often tie themselves in with Beyonce to gain more sales. This was fine when Kelly was apart of MWE but now she isn’t they don’t want them near each other,” according to the loose-lipped mole.
“Beyonce has taken her father’s advice. You will not see Beyonce and Kelly together unless they reform as Destiny’s Child or for birthdays. Beyonce and Kelly are no longer friends. Any future photos will be staged to keep the DC brand alive.”
The source adds, “Kelly is extremely upset about this as Beyonce does not answer any of her calls and when she does the conversation is short and strained. She cannot understand how Beyonce can be so cold after all the years they have worked together.”

But parent or not, if ppl can’t be objective then they have no business trying to manage a group. Nepotism and favortism are just wrong. Anyway you try to cut it.
If Beyonce was too strong for the group, she should have been a solo act. Though it was the best move to do it w/the group because she would not have made it at that time (as a solo artist).
Sorry, she NEEDED the cushion that a group and some musical associations (jayz) could provide…before she branched out on her own.
She wasn’t the best one in the group. Not in the beginning. They all could sing and they were all cute. In the beginning, Beyonce was deliberately propped forward as the focal point. Why some folks would deny that is beyond me.

Ppl can delude themselves all they like but ppl are ppl…and just because ppl are famous doesn’t mean that they are without fault. Doesn’t mean that they’re flawless. Hell, look at these bimbos running around screwing for fame, creating sex tapes and controversy. Selling out their friends,etc….

But why’s everyone so opposed to the idea. Music is one of the more cut-throat area of business. IF you want to make it — if you want longevity– yYou HAVE to be shrewd. You gotta know hot to negotiate. You gotta know how to play hard-ball and ‘wheel-n-deal’.
That group was nothing more than a launchpad for Beyonce’s success, far as I’m concerned.
Anyway there’s more at work that determines success than whether or not a person has ‘it’. Don’t be so naive.
Many ppl have ‘it’ (the right look and/or the right voice) and their records hardly make ‘Flint’.
‘It’ is a ‘formula’. And it’s not so easy to replicate. Beyonce is fortunate to combine her talent with (most importantly) the right marketing strategy and connection to make magic…

I can remember not wanting to see Destiny Child sing live, because they sound horrible. Someone was always off key. Michelle and Kelly could always sing and Beyonce could not. But she had a sound!!!!!!!!!!!!! and threw practice, voice coaching, and dancing lessons she has become the music superstar that she is. Fact of the matter that there is, out of a group someone in the group is going to be the better. They may have the look for that time, style and shape. Not do not get me wrong, she is talented but I don’t like the road her father took to get there.
Early on while watching the group grow and solo careers begin. I often felt the group was a modern day Supremes. In the Supremes day Berry Gordy was Mr. Knowles, he gave Florence Ballard a bad deal to get out of her contract and also included that in her further endeavors that she could not use the formerly of the Supremes. What was he afraid of?
The rest of group have a long way to go, now that Mr. Knolwes now has a Mega Super Star daughter along with his own business connections. I feel he will continue to play dirty behind the seems.
Latoya – Rumor has it that when her debut CD was released the Beyonce’s father order a special early release of her CD on the same day. Now, I say is that a coincidence?
Michelle – Came back to RB, made him her manager and was in the process of releasing a new CD. I think I read that a couple of years ago. I haven’t heard anything, have you?
Kelly -Was once under his management, but probably felt going with someone else that would give his or her 100. Columbia dropped her, hhhhmmmm. Now she is under Timberland and hope they will have much success.
