It is a mistake and an accident. I dont think she purposely did that. but anyway, she should have know that that kind of a thing happened to janet jackson. so wearing those things they do wore is the cause and should stop wearing them

So what. This is in Toronto, where topfreedom hasn’t been an issue in over a decade. In Ontario, bare breasts are not considered nudity or indecency and are completely, and specifically, legal. If Beyonce wanted to she could lose the top completely and be no different than any other girl or guy in any city park or on the city’s beach – except for the celeb/paparazzi thing. Get over it.
