Beyonce is seeking a court ban to prevent street vendors from selling unofficial concert merchandise outside New York’s Madison Square Garden when she performs at the venue on Sunday and Monday night.

The platinum-selling singer has filed a federal lawsuit in the Big Apple against a group she believes is behind the illegal sales of knock-off CDs, posters, and other items in “the vicinity” of venues on her worldwide I Am… Tour.

Beyonce is asking a federal judge to prevent the group from selling their fake goods near The Garden next week.
