Bobby Brown appeared on The Tom Joyner Morning Show on Thursday morning, and the former eighties icon says that Hot 99.5 did not front his $19,000 back child support.

Bobby says “a bunch of my friends got together and got me out.”

Hot 99.5 has released an e-mail in between them and B.B’s legal time which seems to outline their intent to have the former New Edition crooner join them for one week as a guest DJ.

Bobby hung up on station execs one day after his release from a Mass. jail last week.
