Bobby Brown has sued his ex-wife Whitney Houston in an effort to change the custody terms for the couple’s fourteen-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina. He is seeking child support and spousal support.
Their divorce became final on April 24th, Whitney was granted full custody of Bobbi Kris. She told the court that her ex-husband could not support Bobbi Kristina. Bobby was not in court at the time.
Bobby claims that he couldn’t hire a lawyer to respond to Whitney’s divorce petition, because he is bankrupt.
The former eighties R&B icon says since his divorce he has experienced bouts of homelessness.

Oh hell to the no.
Bobby is so pathetic. If he has no money or a stable home how can he seek to change the custody order.
I hope he gets nothing just like Eric Bonet.
I cant stand to see grown as$ men get spousal support. Something is just wrong about that and i am not happy with it at all.
