Bow Wow will turn twenty-one years old this weekend, and the rap star is planning to ring in becoming “fully legal” with star-studded birthday bash at Las Vegas’ Jet Nightclub at the Mirage Hotel & Casino.
The exclusive invitation-only bash will feature a performance by “Bartender” star T-Pain, with Swizz Beatz on the turntables.
