When 50 Cent’s long-delayed fourth solo album Before I Self Destruct arrives in stores November 23rd, it will include a bonus DVD featuring the rapper’s directorial debut.

Kelly Rowland will play 50 Cent’s love interest in the upcoming music video for the Neyo-produced and assisted “Baby By Me,” premiering next Monday, Nov. 2.

50 Cent has responded to Fabolous’ harsh critique of his This Is 50 Festival over the weekend. Loso made waves on Twitter Tuesday after posting a series of Tweets blasting the “In Da Club” star for creating an “isolated & crumbled” climate on the NYC hip-hop scene.

50 Cent’s fourth studio album, Before I Self Destruct, drops Nov. 3.

In a chat with Hot 97′s Angie Martinez on Friday, 50 Cent addressed recent comments Jay-Z made during a radio interview on the BBC last week.

Jay-Z defended rapper Kanye West in an interview conducted by DJ Trevor Nelson’s BBC radio show last week and irritated when Nelson suggested that West would not have stormed the stage at the 2009 VMA’s, had 50 Cent been an accepting an award instead of country singer Taylor Swift.

“No one is scared of 50 Cent. I want everyone to be clear. No one is scared of 50 Cent,” Jay-Z told Nelson firmly.

Although 50 Cent claims he does not have any problems with Jay-Z, he stated that no one would storm his stage.

“It wasn’t 50 Cent [who made the comments],” 50 told Angie Wednesday. “Hip-Hop has cool punk and Jay is the coolest punk in Hip-Hop. He’s big. And his take on it is [he’s] bigger than the art form and he won’t actually and compete. Battling has been a part of the culture.”

50 added, “When he [Jay-Z] has to say no one is scared of 50 Cent, it’s because the public is responding to his punk presentation. Kanye wouldn’t take the trophy from me and neither would Jay-Z.”

50 Cent pulled off a publicity stunt this afternoon by planting reports that he had been rushed to the hospital after listening to the new Fat Joe album, J.O.S.E. 2 — available Oct. 6.

According to ThisIs50Cent.com: This afternoon while in his Manhattan offices, employees say that 50 Cent was listening to Fat Joe’s new album, J.O.S.E. 2 when all the sudden, he collapsed! An ambulance was called, and by the time they arrived, 50 Cent regained consciousness and was complaining of blurred vision and a severe migraine. 50 Cent was rushed to Mt. Sinai hospital at 4:26 pm. Doctors say after performing a Cat Scan and EKG there seems to be some damage to his auditory cortex, which is the region of the brain that is responsible for processing sound.

50′s G-Unit brother Tony Yayo also participated in the stunt via Twitter.

‘On my way to the hospital,” he wrote Monday. “Keep 50 in ya’ll prayers. Let’s see him thru this. 50 rushed to the hospital here are the details.”

The rapper’s also has a link to an alleged version of Joe’s new album for free download.

Shots Fired! Jay-Z is in trouble after an appearance on BBC Radio Tuesday. When the discussion turned to the Kanye/Taylor situation, the DJ said that “Kanye wouldn’t have done that had it been 50.” To which Jay-Z curtly replied: “No one’s scared of 50 Cent.”

Perhaps 50 Cent should change his name to Cinquenta Centavos.

The outspoken rapper has scored a Latin Grammy nod for Best Urban Song for his work with Wisin y Yandel on “Mujeres in the Club.”

Nominations for the 10th Annual Latin Grammy Awards were announced this morning at the Conga Room in Los Angeles. The ceremony is set for Nov. 5 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas
