Just in time for Thanksgiving, Grammy-winning singer Alicia Keys treated fans to a live set of several of her biggest charttoppers on NYC’s Rockefeller Plaza Tuesday.
It was all apart of The TODAY Show’s weekly concert series. Look out for A. Keys’ new studio album, The Element of Freedom, dropping next month.

New York’s own Jay-Z and Alicia Keys got World Series champ Alex Rodriguez — better known these days as Kate Hudson’s manbag — to introduce their live performance of the Big Apple’s new anthem, “Empire State of Mind,” at the 2009 AMAs.
Luckily for everyone, there were no guest appearances by Lil Mama.
On Monday, Alicia Keys unveiled the video for “Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart,” the second single off her upcoming album, The Element of Freedom — in stores Dec. 15, 2009.

Alicia Keys’ fourth studio album, The Element of Freedom, originally slated for a Dec. 1 release — World AIDS day — will now be available on Dec. 15.
On The Next Episode of Cheaters: Swizzy and A. Keys! It appears karma hath cometh for Little Miss. Perfect. On Friday, The YBF received a set of images featuring Swizz Beatz and his piano-playing Buss It Baby Alicia Keys sucking face in January of 2008…when the hitmaking producer was very much attached with his now-estranged wife, Mashonda.
Swizz has long denied hooking up with Alicia during his marriage to the R&B singer, despite Mashonda’s allegations to the contrary.
It took an extra 24-hours, but Brooklyn native Jay-Z and Harlem’s own Alicia Keys got to perform their hit hometown anthem, “Empire State of Mind,” before Game 2 of the World Series between the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Phillies in the Bronx on Thursday night.
Hov and A. Keys had been due to take the stage at last night’s World Series kickoff, but their performance was delayed due to inclimate weather.
