Eddie Murphy will make an appearance on the finale of The CW’s America’s Next Top Model Nov. 18.
Why? According to E!’s Kristin Dos Santos, Eddie will be in the house to cheer on his daughter, Bria Murphy, who will appear with the Top Model finalists in the show. America’s Next Top Model Cycle 5 semifinalist and Tyra correspondent Brittany “Bre” Scullark was arrested at a New York-area Starbucks early Tuesday after stealing another woman’s laptop and “cussing her out” when she asked for it back.
Bre has been charged with disorderly conduct. She was issued a summons and is expected appear in court at a later date.
Teyona Anderson, a 20-year-old “country girl” from New Jersey, was crowned the Most Fierce of Them All on Wednesday night’s dramatic Season Finale of America’s Next Top Model Cycle 12, beating out blonde beauty Allison Harvard on the catwalk in a Rosa Cha Fashion Show.
As the winner of ANTM, Teyona will be managed by Elite Model Management, she’ll receive a $100,000 contract with cosmetics giant CoverGirl, and she’ll also appear on the cover and a six-page fashion spread in an upcoming issue of Seventeen Magazine.
A new date has been set for America’s Next Top Model’s New York City casting after a stampede erupted at last month’s casting call, leaving six people injured and three people under arrest.
The new open casting session will take place on Saturday, April 11
The casting is for women ranging in age from 18 to 27, with various backgrounds, shapes, and sizes. The new NYC casting location–along with some new rules– will be revealed later this week at www.cwtv.com.
Tyra Banks is reacting to the chaos that erupted during a New York City casting call for America’s Next Top Model on Saturday afternoon.
In a statement released to the press on Monday, the Emmy-winning former supermodel says:

I am beyond excited for Cycle 13; for the first time ever, young women 5’7″ and under have a shot at becoming ‘America’s Next Top Model’!
