Single & Looking singing star Brandy, 31, has left fans scratching their heads after she Tweeted a series of photos showing off an odd new etching on her left wrist and forearm. Brandy says she got a tattoo of the image of the Hindu deity Ganesh tattooed on her left forearm because it symbolizes the “remover of all obstacles.”

The image appears to be an elephant with some sort of headdress, and a trunk that gives new meaning to the expression “stiff arm!”

Fresh off her stint on the fleet-footed TV talent show Dancing With The Stars, R&B star Brandy is joining her brother Ray J for a new album that will feature the stars’ parents, Willie and Sonja Norwood, Saguaro Road Rhythm Records announced in a news release issued on Friday.
We’ve heard of celibacy, but it’s safe to say our girl Brandy is experiencing a mayjah drought. The former teen singing star — who is wowing audiences with an impressive run on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars — says it’s been nearly six years since she’s “had her corn shucked” (Use your imagination.) In an interview with Life & Style, the “Baby” singer explains why.
“I haven’t been with a man seriously and in love in six years. And, honestly, I tend to abstain if I’m not in a relationship,” she tells the magazine. “Although it hasn’t actually been a full six years, it’s been a long time. We’re talking years. I actually went on a blind date a couple months ago that was very interesting but nothing serious,” she adds, noting that she tried to get back in the dating game with “Low” rapper Flo Rida.
“I was very interested in him. I mean, how can you not be — he’s very attractive. But there was just something about us that didn’t click.”

The nineties’ R&B “It Girl” turned in a rendition of her 1999 ballad “Almost Doesn’t Count,” in addition to a cover of Etta James’ classic “At Last!”
