Former R&B teen idol Brandy has been slapped with another wrongful death lawsuit in connection with the December 30, 2006 accident on the Los Angeles 405 that left a mother dead. This time the singer is being sued by the children of the victim.

Brandy wasn’t under the influence when she rear ended a Toyota in a four car pile-up that left a mother of two dead on a stretch of the Los Angeles Freeway-but she may have been brokenhearted.

The parents of Awatef Aboudihaj, the woman killed in a car accident caused by R&B singer Brandy, filed a $50 million lawsuit against the singer last week, but some legal digging has resulted in questions into whether or not Mom and Dad have the legal right to sue.

After weeks of adamantly denying that she let Brandy’s baby brother piss on her on video, Paris Hilton’s BFF Kim Kardashian has come clean-more than one sex tape exist.

According to TMZ sources, Brandy has been sued by the family of the woman killed in the Dec. 30th car crash that has the singer facing the prospect of manslaughter charges. The family of Awatef Aboudihaj filed the suit today in Van Nuys, CA.
