There’s a new face of African-American beauty brand Dark & Lovely, and it’s none other than Bria Murphy: The model daughter of Hollywood vet Eddie Murphy and his ex-wife Nicole Mitchell.

The 21-year-old has been tapped as the new brand ambassador for Dark & Lovely and will appear in print and television campaigns for the company’s new Healthy Gloss 5 hair serum. Bria’s been looking for modeling and acting work for the last two years and is certain that her new gig is a perfect fit.

“I have been relaxing my hair with Dark & Lovely since I was 11.”

On Tuesday, Bria was joined at a Healthy Gloss launch party in Hollywood by her famous dad, mom Nicole (herself a former model) , and her little sister, Shayne Murphy. Conspiciously missing from the soiree was Pleasure P, former Pretty Ricky frontman and Bria’s beau.

Why? According to E!’s Kristin Dos Santos, Eddie will be in the house to cheer on his daughter, Bria Murphy, who will appear with the Top Model finalists in the show. Bria can also been seen in rapper Gucci Mane’s new video for “Spotlight,” featuring Usher. Here’s a picture of the leggy 19-year-old at a recent event in Los Angeles with her mom Nicole.
