Busta Rhymes is facing four separate trials for driving violations and assault charges after rejecting a prosecutor’s plea deal for a second time in a Manhattan courtroom on Monday. Busta would be forced to serve a one-year prison term under the deal.

Busta had a busted b-day, according to tattles at the New York Post. The rapper spent his 35th birthday last weekend at Miami’s Suite Nightclub and spywitness report “he acted miserable and no one in his entourage spoke to him all night.”

Busta Rhymes was arrested early Thursday morning in NYC on suspicion of DUI. The rapper was pulled over in his SUV-police smelled the booze and issued a sobriety test. Busta failed and was taken into custody.

Spywitnesses are dishing that Busta Rhymes is deep in debt.
