The streets of South Philadelphia are a little safer this Monday morning, now that cops in the City of Brotherly Love have slapped cuffs on rapper and accused killer Cassidy. The freestyle impressario, best remembered for his 2004 hit “Hotel,” was arrested on an open warrrant in Bergen County, New Jersey Saturday.

Officers from the Hackensack Police Emergency Response Team and the police department’s juvenile bureau watched Reese’s home Saturday on Reilly Court, Lloyd said. Reese left his house about 1:30 PM. and was followed by police to a local convenience store. That’s when an officer conducted a felony motor vehicle stop and arrested the shocked emcee. Officials in Philly told Hackensack PD “to consider this person armed and dangerous.”

The rapper, whose real name is Barry Reese, is a suspect in a murder and two attempted murders in Philadelphia, said Hackensack, New Jersey Police Lt. Timothy Lloyd.

“The warrant was for violating probation, but Reese is also a suspect in a murder and two attempted murders in Philadelphia…Philadelphia police knew from a prior investigation that the rapper lived in Hackensack.”

The rap star is currently being held in the Bergen County Jail Annex, pending extradition to Pennsylvania.

Cassidy, a protege of superproducer Swizz Beatz, spent eight months behind bars in 2005 when police arrested him and two other men on murder charges. The case was later dropped.

She claims she had unprotected sex with Cassidy multiple times in a Hackensack, New Jersey hotel, resulting in her testing positive for the virus that causes AIDS.

The young woman’s name is Stephanie, here’s her story:

I have some important information about the rapper Cassidy that girls need to know. I met cassidy some time last summer at a concert he was doing in Philly. After the concert he invited me and my friends to play pool with him and his friends then we chilled at one of his homeboys house. The pictures are from this day we met. He wasnt anything less then a gentlemen that day so we exchanged numbers. We talked for a few months and saw each other when ever we could. It was usually at my apartment in Philly. A couple times I drove up and we met at a hotel in Hacknsack NJ. I was never able to go to his house because his babys mother and kids were there. The very 1st time we had sex he didn’t want to use a condom but I insisted. After a while we built up trust and he convinced me not to use one. The BIGGEST mistake of my life. I learned I contacted HIV from him.

When I confronted him about it he denied it but could not hide that he seemed very worreid and admitted to having unprotected sex with other girls he said they were clean. I found out later to from a friend of mine who knows a philly stripper named Porsha that he has unprotect sex with strippers and video hoes on a REGULAR BASES. Well that was the last time I spoke to him ofcourse. I am the biggest IDIOT in the world for trusting and believeing this dirty lying ass hole. I KNOW it was from Cassidy he is the only one i had sex with near the time and the ONLY one I did not use a condom with.

Cassidy took to his Twitter page this afternoon and vehemently denied the woman’s claims with a few jabs about her less than stellar looks.

“|Stopactinstupid! I don’t even know that lil girl,” he Tweeted furiously. “I just took a pic being nice…I only f**k with pretty girls, 10’s and I still don’t go raw.”

He also denied being having HIV/AIDS and blamed the rumor on the woman being a jealous fan.

“I’m sick with it, but not like that! That b**ch probably mad she not my type, lol. I’m perfectly healthy, so it can’t be true. It’s just the devil try make me mad because I’m about to go buy this bently [sic] today, I’m on my way to the bank. B**ch stop hating.”

Model Amber Rose has slammed rumors that she’s been cheating on her hip-hop superstar boyfriend, Kanye West with rapper Cassidy.

Kanye began dating Amber earlier this year, but rumors surfaced last week claiming the couple had split after the biracial blonde was linked to the “Hotel” hitmaker.

Amber has taken to her Twitter.com page to clear up the Cassidy reports, writing: “I do NOT know Cassidy personally, I met him for the first and only time at a charity softball game. THAT’S IT! These blogs r (sic) ridiculous!”
