After an ill-fated quest to find love on the first season of VH1′s What Chili Wants, the former TLC singer has teamed up with portly partner in crime (and sometimes nemesis) Tionna Smalls to embark on an international search for the man of her dreams.

Now if only she could keep away from Money Mayweather!

“Just shy of 40, Chilli is consumed by a desire to have another child and time is definitely working against her. This time around, Chilli’s not only looking for the perfect man, she’s also looking for a potential husband and father,” The Celebreality Network announced in a presser over the weekend.

“In the second season of ‘What Chilli Wants,’ Tionna takes to the road on a nationwide search to focus on ‘high value’ targets that will not only turn Chilli’s head, but open her heart as well,” VH1 states. “As a result, various encounters and hot chemistries ensue as Chilli’s dates take her up and down the eastern seaboard; from Miami, where she puts things in high gear with a dynamic Indy racecar driver; to New York, where a head-turning Swedish model shows her he’s much more than just a pretty face.”

The statement goes on to say …

“However, looming in the background is an old flame with whom Chilli has for years been on the cusp of a real, romantic relationship – but continually let down by his lack of commitment. Now, much to Tionna’s dismay, all seems to be forgiven when he shows up in Atlanta to spend some quality time with Chilli. That said, is this old flame for real and ready to step up to a real relationship? And in the end, will Chilli finally open her heart and let someone in?”

The new season of What Chilli Wants premieres Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011 @ 9:30PM.

Get ready for a new season of drama on VH1: The network has hit the greenlight on sophomore season orders for it’s smash reality series Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business, Basketball Wives, and What Chilli Wants.

“VH1 viewers connected strongly with these three new series this year, and we’re so happy that we can continue to share these real-life stories from the worlds of music and celebrity. Will Chilli really ever let down her guard in her quest for love? How well will Brandy and Ray J step up in their family business? And how will the ‘Basketball Wives’ move forward in their complicated lives? We’re looking forward to answering those questions in their next cycles,” Jeff Olde, VH1′s Executive Vice-President of Original Programming and Production, said in a statement Wednesday.

Basketball Wives and What Chilli Wants will wrap up their first season finales on May 30, while Season One of Brandy & Ray J will conclude on June 27.

VH1 has unveiled a trailer for a upcoming dating docu-soap from former TLC star Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas.

VH1 has set April 11 for the season premiere of “What Chilli Wants, a new celeb-centered dating reality show that searches to find true love for the “No Scrubs” singer. And when Chilli says “No Scrubs,” she means just that!

Chilli has a long list of standards that has made her search a bit difficult. Her dream guy must be “gorgeous, sensitive and charming,” according to the 38-year-old singer, “and also a non-drinker, non-smoker and anti-pork.”

That’s where pals Missy Elliott, T-Boz, and Tionne Smalls come in. The girls are determined to help Chilli settle down, but first, they must convince her to quit being so picky. In January, VH1 held a casting call for men ages 25-40 “who have the sex appeal, personality, good looks, success and heart to date a major music artist who is looking to find her true love.”

Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas, the two remaining members of TLC, will sing during the Justin Timberlake and Friends Concert — benefitting The Shriners Hospitals For Children — at The Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on Oct. 17.

The group’s third original member, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, was killed in a car accident in 2002.

Tickets go on sale Saturday.
