The Artist Formerly Known As Sexy R&B Superstar D’Angelo (As 50 Cent Would Say: (“Damn Homie, In ’95, you were the man, Homie. WTF happened to your face?!”) has entered a guilty plea to one count of disorderly conduct after he was caught picking up cop posing undercover as a prostitute in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village last March.

The “Cruisin’” star was reportedly arrested in New York City on Saturday, according to The New York Post. D’Angelo was arrested by an undercover NYPD after allegedly offering the woman $40 for oral sex. Doh! D’Angelo, whose real name is Michael Archer, was allegedly driving through Manhattan’s West Village when he spotted a woman he took to be a prostitute at around 2.30 AM.
The 36-year-old was arrested and charged with solicitation. He also had $12,000 hidden in his SUV. This isn’t the first arrest for D’Angelo — the ’90s singing star was previously collared for a series of drug-related offenses.
