Even a mutual love of Ass Dust and Anal Beads haven’t materialized into marital bliss for Superhead and Eddie Winslow (aka Karrine Steffans and Darius McCrary).
Go figure.
Darius, who replaced Shemar Moore as Malcolm Winters on CBS’ daytime drama The Young & The Restless, has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from his ex-wife after he allegedly choked her out and beat her with a belt in front of her 12-year-old son.
Didn’t they almost have it all?
Child star-turned-soap stud Darius McCrary’s shortlived marriage to retired rap industry ho Karrine “Superhead” Steffans in no more. McCrary — who replaced Shemar Moore as Malcom Winters on the CBS daytime drama The Young & The Restless — served his controversial spouse with divorce papers last month, pulling the plug on the nearly year-old marriage just days before Valentine’s Day.
Karrine Steffans’ alleged Buss It Baby has been tapped as the next Malcolm Winters: Entertainment Weekly has learned that former child actor Darius McCrary – best known for playing Eddie Winslow on the long-running ABC sitcom Family Matters – has inked an multi-year deal to assume the role of Malcolm Winters on The Young & The Restless beginning Nov. 18.

The actor steps into the role originated by Emmy-winning Criminal Minds star Shemar Moore in 1994.
“We are thrilled to have the character of Malcolm back on Y&R,” according to a statement from Maria Bell, Y&R’s co-executive producer/head writer. “Malcolm, Neil Winters’ brother, has always been a catalyst to exciting stories. He’s coming back to town to see his brother and to reunite with his biological daughter, Lily Winters, as she fights for her life. Malcolm is a photographer … someone who lives on the edge and who always pushes the envelope.”
Darius makes his daytime debut on Dec. 29.
