Diddy has been accused of punching club-goer Steven Acevedo twice in the face at the Big Apple’s Kiosk night club on Saturday night, following a verbal altercation over an unidentified female: “I’ll kill you, punk!” the Bad Boy mogul screamed. Acevedo suffered a bloody nose and a swollen lip in the altercation. Diddy has not been arrested or charged in connection with the incident, but will be expected to make a police statement regarding the fight.

A former associate of Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a $19 million lawsuit from prison against the hip-hop mogul. James Sabationo, a former consultant for Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment Inc., said he flew B.IG. to Miami in 1994 to perform a show and record some music. Sabatino says he paid for Biggie’s travel expenses and studio time, although a contract was never signed, according to the lawsuit. Diddy allegedly agreed to buy music and video footage of Biggie from Sabatino for $200,000. He gave Sabatino a check for $25,000 and promised the rest of the money in sixty days. The commercial for Diddy’s ‘Unforgivable’ fragrance, featuring scantily clad women, has been banned in the U.S. In the ad, the hip-hop mogul is featured in a stairwell and hotel room “hiking up” a model’s skirt and putting his hands under her dress. Another shot captures a woman holding a model’s breast and pulling down her underwear.
