Siohvaughn Wade, the estranged wife of Miami Heat hoopster Dwayne Wade, was taken into police custody in Chicago on Tuesday morning after failing to show up for a mandatory court hearing in the former couple’s ongoing divorce war. Siohvaughn’s attorney says that the mother of two was involved in a car accident, which explains her absence.

The judge didn’t buy it and ordered that Siohvaughn be taken into custody. An hour later, she posted $10,000 bail and was released. This arrest is the latest piece of divorce drama for the bitter high schooll sweethearts. Actress Gabrielle Union was dragged into the feud last week when Siohvaughn filed suit against the beauty, who she claims engaged in “sexual foreplay” with the Wade in front of her two sons, eight and two.
