Kanye West unveiled his highly anticipated womenswear line in front of a star-packed crowd during a Paris Fashion Week runway show in the City of Lights on Saturday.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is the new face of Nike — again. And, as expected, the new paycheck has come with some major backlash for the apparel manufacturer. Now that Nike has officially resigned Vick, who lost his lucrative endorsement deal with the brand after he was convicted and served 21 months in federal prison for dogfighting in 2007, animal rights activists have taken up arms to voice their displeasure with the announcement. A fact which became crystal clear when a Facebook campaign was started to boycott Nike and any other companies who endorse Vick. So far, over 4,000 people have “Liked” the page.

Is there nothing Dana Owens can’t do? Oscar-nominated actress-singer-hip-hop pioneer Queen Latifah is designing her own clothing line for the Home Shopping Network (HSN), which will feature clothes and accessories for women size 2 to 24.

“I’m so excited about it. This is something I have wanted to do for a very long time. I’ve been offered a lot of deals for clothing lines and actually started one that didn’t quite get off the ground but this is like a full circle moment for me,” the native Jersey Girl told PEOPLE.com Tuesday. “This is a young 14-year old, 17-year old and 22-year old Dana trying to go shopping and actually finding the things she wants to wear or going on HSN and ordering the clothes she likes because they’re there and they are in her size. This has been a bit of a journey and it’s a really exciting venture.”

Latifah says she’s already chosen the handbags as her favorite pieces from the collection.

“I have a bag fetish. I’ll have on sweatpants and a $3000 purse,” the Chicago star laughs. “I don’t deny myself, bags are the one thing I’ll allow myself to splurge on. I think the bag line is going to be really good. It’s versatile so it’s not going to look like the same bag from one collection to the next. There’s something for everyone. I definitely want to be able to rock my bag. I figured, if I can rock it, why shouldn’t other people be able to?”

Say hello to the new faces of Harlem-based beauty brand Carol’s Daughter.

As part of their new “Redefine the Color of Beauty” Campaign, Carol’s Daughter have tapped three new brand spokesmodels who will likely look very familiar. Singers Solange Knowles and Cassie and Caribbean-born Victoria’s Secret supermodel Selita Ebanks will serve as cultural ambassadors for Carol’s Daughter, appearing in promotional ads for the company, whose infamous body butter and other hair and skincare products have earned it acclaim from celebs like Jada Pinkett-Smith, Mary J. Blige and even Brad Pitt

“…Carol’s Daughter aims to showcase the customers who can’t be neatly slotted into one category or another. Take, for instance, Cassie, who is of black and Filipina descent, or Ebanks, who has Jamaican, Irish, Indian and African heritage and grew up in the Cayman Islands. Knowles is of African-American and French Creole descent,” Women’s Wear Daily writes

“They will serve as cultural ambassadors in bringing forth this acceptance that the definition of beauty is now colorless. There are no longer boxes of white, black, Latina, Asian. More and more women are checking the other box,” says Steve Stoute, a rep for the company, who notes that the trio was chosen because “they share the vision and embody the messaging in their attitude, appearance, projects and core values.”

Carol’s Daughters was founded by entreprenuer Lisa Price in the early ’90s.

Aunt Viv’s got a new gig. Recently-engaged cougar Vivica A. Fox will co-host a new series on The Style Network alongside former Bachelorette star Ali Fedowtowsky, ex-America’s Next Top Model champ Adrianne Curry, and pop culture pundit Nick Verreos, the network announced on Tuesday.

The still-untitled half-hour show — currently in development — will tackle “anything and everything that’s of interest to Style viewers,” the network said this week. “From exciting in-studio guests, to product demos, makeover segments, field segments and a studio audience, this new daily show will be just as Style-ish as it is informative and fun.”

The show is expected to premiere this fall.

There’s a new face of African-American beauty brand Dark & Lovely, and it’s none other than Bria Murphy: The model daughter of Hollywood vet Eddie Murphy and his ex-wife Nicole Mitchell.

The 21-year-old has been tapped as the new brand ambassador for Dark & Lovely and will appear in print and television campaigns for the company’s new Healthy Gloss 5 hair serum. Bria’s been looking for modeling and acting work for the last two years and is certain that her new gig is a perfect fit.

“I have been relaxing my hair with Dark & Lovely since I was 11.”

On Tuesday, Bria was joined at a Healthy Gloss launch party in Hollywood by her famous dad, mom Nicole (herself a former model) , and her little sister, Shayne Murphy. Conspiciously missing from the soiree was Pleasure P, former Pretty Ricky frontman and Bria’s beau.

Word on the Curb has it that the spitfire Naomi Campbell doppleganger — who has been romantically-linked to everyone from Ryan Phillippe to Sean Penn and John Legend — will be the subject of a fashion-forward new reality series premiering on basic cable later this year.

Filming began last week.

“The show is based on her life and some of her colorful friends, almost like ‘Entourage,” White’s attorney Mark Jay Heller told The New York Post’s Page Six Column on Wednesday.

“Each city we go to, my suitcase won’t hold my new clothes, so we have to box them up and ship them home,” Jennifer laughed in a recent interview. “Then I get back and want to try on everything I bought, so clothes are just everywhere,” she added. “It got to a point where I could barely get in my bedrom. And when did I realize I had a problem? Well, my bed is a canopy. I had no-where else to throw the clothes. So I threw them on top of the canopy!”

An age-old affliction for many a fashion-forward femme fatale has become a source of consternation between Hudson and her wrestler “baby daddy” David Otunga. Money ain’t a thing, sources say. The young family has plenty of that. It’s the materialism attached to Jennifer’s sprees that bother David, who is a Harvard-educated attorney by trade.

“David seriously thinks Jennifer needs to get help,” says a friend of the couple. “He thought her power shopping was just a phase, but now it’s cause problems between them. After Jennifer lost the baby weight, he knew she’d have to buy new clothes, but now he feels she’s become obsessed with material things.”

David recently sat Jennifer down to discuss her fixation with shopping.

“They watched the TV show Hoarders recently and discussed how shopping can become a problem. Jennifer agreed she’d try to restrain herself.”

Beyonce stopped by The View on Monday, but the interview wasn’t all about her. The diva was joined by her stylist-mom Tina Knowles, who showed off her recently-released Misses clothing collection, Miss Tina by Tina Knowles, in a live in-studio fashion show.
