Brandy is opening about her romance (if you want to call it that) with rapper Flo Rida. The ’90s-era R&B princess has been romantically-linked to the buff “Right Round” hitmaker for months, but in a blog posted to VIBE.com last week, Brandy admitting she’s reluctant to “commit” to Flo because she doesn’t want to end up with a broken heart.

Former teen R&B star Brandy has reportedly started dating muscle-bound “Right Round” star Flo Rida.

The “Brokenhearted” singer was spied cozying up to the Florida-born hip-hop star at Haze Nightclub at Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas last week.

“The two arrived together holding hands and having an intimate conversation. They are definitely hooking up,” a snitch whispered to In Touch Magazine this week.

The pair were reportedly also spotted at the Y100 concert in Ft. Lauderdale in December.

Brandy previously dated record producer Robert Smith — who fathered her 7-year-old daughter — and NBA star Quinton Richardson.

On Friday, Miami-based hip-hop star Flo Rida performed his charttopping hits for an enthusiastic crowd of fans on The TODAY Show Toyota Summer Concert Series, live from Rockefeller Plaza.

The TODAY Show spoke with “Low” rapper Flo Rida about his career in music and the new album, R.O.O.T.S.

Flo Rida and Kelly Rowland will perform at the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant next month.

Flo is set to take the stage for a two-part medley of “Right Round” and “Jump” during the pageant’s swimsuit competition. While Kelly will join Britain’s David Guetta for a performance of their UK chart-topping ballad “When Love Takes Over” during the evening gown portion of competition.

The Miss Universe 2009 Pageant airs August 23 at 9PM on NBC.
