The song was originally supposed to be released on Christmas Eve — hence the “Jingle Bell Rock” intro — but things got delayed while Foxy mourned the death of a friend late last month. A second song “You Ain’t Ruff Enuff” was leaked by former associates despite her protest.

No word on when we might hear the finished product, but we’ll air on the side of caution and urge Ms. Inga Marchand not to quit her day job.

Another day, another drama for volatile femcee Foxy Brown.

The “Ill Na Na” is in the middle of a new dispute with club promoters at Manhattan hotspot Splash Bar after allegedly showing up four hours late for a scheduled appearance because she didn’t like the car the promoters hired to chauffeur her to the venue. The rapper specifically requested that a 2010 model SUV be sent to shuttle her from her Brooklyn home to the venue. So imagine her displeasure when a 2009 vehicle arrived to pick her up instead.

Girl, shouldn’t you just be pleased that people are even still inviting you to perform given your penchant for hurling electronic devices at unsuspecting neighbors?!

Fox, whose real name is Inga Marchand, enjoyed a string of hits throughout the mid-to-late ’90s but only demanded $1,000 to drop by Splash last Wednesday Oct. 6. After throwing one of her notorious tantrums over the outdated vehicle, Foxy arrived at the club a half hour before last call but refused to take the stage after execs allegedly refused to pony up the other half of her $1000 appearance fee.

“They promised they would give her the rest of the deposit and balance due when she arrived, but did not! Foxy was disappointed that the deposit and rider requirements were not met, that was all,” a rep for the “Candy” hitmaker said in a statement over the weekend.

The club’s owners are “discussing their legal options.”

Foxy Brown isn’t the only one in her family with legal woes – her older brother is facing up to 15 years in the slammer for credit card fraud.

Last Saturday, Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand — 35 — and three accomplices were busted by New York City Police trying to pay for approximately $8,000 in merchandise at Hermes on Manhattan’s Upper East Side with a forged American Express card.

But Fox is likely too wrapped up in her own legal drama to be overly-concerned with her brother’s potential jail term.

Brown, real name Inga Marchand, faced a grand jury in New York on Wednesday for allegedly cursing at and mooning her neighbor, Arlene Raymond, in violation of a restraining order. Brown pleaded not guilty to the two charges, as well as another count of criminal contempt.

If convicted, she faces up to seven years behind bars.

Foxy Brown is without a lawyer — and wethinks she’s going to need one of those. You know, since she’s facing seven years in the clink on charges of violating the terms of her probation and all.

The Ill No-No found herself lawyer-less this morning after Manhattan law firm Bruce Barron and Associates dropped the volatile femcee shortly before an AM hearing, nearly a week after Fox was collared for verbally-assaulting neighbor Arlene Raymond, in violation of a restraining order. In 2007, Brown (real name Inga Marchand) was arrested after attacking Raymond with her Blackberry.

No explanation has been offered for Brown’s lawyer woes.

During a sidewalk showdown in the women’s Brooklyn neighborhood last Wednesday, Foxy “bent over, thrust [her] buttocks at the [victim] while shouting . . . ‘kiss my ass!’ at which time the defendant’s buttocks and undergarments were exposed to [Raymond],” according to a criminal complaint.

The “I’ll Be” femcee, now 30, has been charged with public lewdness and harassment after allegedly violating a protective order banning her from approaching Arlene Raymond.

The hip-hop star, real name Inga Marchand, was nabbed three years ago and charged with assault after she wacked Raymond with Blackberry during a dispute over noise.

Neighbors say Foxy had been staying at her mom’s house on St. Marks Avenue in Prospect Heights, just a few doors down from Raymond, when she wandered over at about 4PM.

Foxy “was strutting” below Raymond’s window, an unidentified neighbor told The New York Post. “She stuck her butt out, in a kiss-my-butt kind of way. She was doing a lot of screaming.”

Foxy called Raymond a “fucking bitch” from the street and then snarled: “I’m going to fuck you up!” the neighbor said. Raymond called cops, and three cruisers quickly rolled up to the scene. Brown was slapped in cuff and charged with violating a still-active order of protection obtained by Raymond following the women’s 2007 spat.

According to the police complaint, Brown reportedly screamed: “You dirty b**ch… what are you looking at?” and then “bent over and thrust (her) buttocks at the (neighbor) while shouting… ‘kiss my a**.’”

Brown’s lawyer Bernadette Brennan has blasted the allegations, insisting it was the neighbour who approached the rapper first after seeing her rehearsing for a show outside.

The troubled rapper is also facing one count of criminal contempt. If convicted, Foxy faces up to seven years behind bars.

Her next court date is July 27.

Foxy’s being feisty again.

The hip-hop star was taken into custody on Wednesday evening after allegedly violating a protective order prohibiting her from contacting Arlene Raymond, a fellow resident in the Brooklyn apartment building where she lives.

A police spokesman said Fox (real name Inga Marchand) was busted at 5:40 PM after getting into a “name-calling run in” with Raymond, according to The New York Post.

Of course, this isn’t Ms. Inga’s first brush with the law.

The “Ill Nana” pleaded guilty in 2008 to menacing the same neighbor with her cell phone after the rapper and Raymond got into a fight in July 2007 over Brown blasting her car stereo outside their building.

The 30-year-old entertainer also spent seven months in New York’s notorious Rikers Island for a Manhattan case involving a fight with manicurists in a nail salon.

Foxy Brown has been hit with a lien from U.S. tax officials after running up debts topping $641,558.

The femcee is accused of failing to keep up with her taxes between 2003 and 2006, and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agents have taken their case to a court in New York to try to recoup the cash.

Acid-tongued femcee Foxy Brown is blasting a recent NY Post report claiming she and other celebs were given preferential treatment during their stay at New York City’s Rikers Island- insisting her time in prison was “the worst period in my life.”

The Brooklyn rapper spent seven months behind bars for violating her probation, stemming from a fight with two manicurists in a New York nail salon. She was released in April 2008.

“It was incarceration, not vacation. I only wore the designer clothing I was allowed to have. There were certain gang colors my sneakers couldn’t be… I didn’t have any special visitation rights,” Fox said in a statement Tuesday, denying rumors that she was treated differently from other inmates at the jail.

Foxy Brown, who once dated Rick Ross, has been dragged into the rapper’s feud with fellow hip-hop artist 50 Cent.

Foxy is reference in the new diss track “Try Me,” in which 50 says: “The cop fucked a fox.”

According to AllHipHop.com, Foxy Brown’s camp issued a statement saying she has no involvement in the beef, and ordering 50 to retract the statement. “Foxy is giving that nigga 24 hour [period] to retract that statement or she’s going handle [him] Brooklyn Style.”

50 Cent has responded to the threat with a new spoof-based video clip. titled “Pimpin’ Curly.”
