This is just a damn shame….Apparently authorities in Fulton County, Georgia were on to something when they recently committed Southern hip-hopster Gucci Mane to the confines of a psychiatric ward.

The new year has brought new legal troubles for ATLiens Gucci Mane and Wacka Flocka Flame. The oft-incarcerated Gucci may be facing more jail time after being thrown into prison for violating his probation, stemming from an arrest late last year.
Police is Atlanta, Georgia raided the home of rapper Waka Flocka Flame on Thursday morning on suspicion of prostitution instead turned up drugs and guns, and resulted in at least two arrests – one of which was rapper Gucci Mane.
According to the search warrant obtained by TMZ, police were looking for “marijuana, articles, pictures, and communications relating to gangs and gang paraphernalia” as part of the raid. Cops say they ended up finding marijuana, prescription drugs, and two firearms.
Waka was not home at the time of the raid, but Gucci, who was at the residence, was handcuffed at the scene . He’s now free.
Gucci, you’re getting too old for this shit. Rapper Gucci Mane was arrested in his native Atlanta Tuesday and charged with several traffic violations, including driving on the wrong side of the road, running a red light or stop sign, damage to government property, obstruction, operating a vehicle without a license, and driving without proof of insurance.
Apprehending Gucci was no easy feat. The hip-hopster reportedly resisted arrest had to be restrained using pepper spray, tipsters tell The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital for a medical checkup and later moved to Fulton County Jail.
Gucci Mane was just released from Fulton County jail in May for violating his parole on another charge.
In total, Gucci has been in jail at least five times since his initial 2005 arrest on drug, aggravated assault or aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges.

Gucci Man will be released from Atlanta’s Fulton County Jail after serving seven months of a one-year sentence for violating the terms of his probation for a 2005 assault conviction.
Gucci will walk free next Wednesday, May 12, according to good friend Angie Martinez, of NYC’s Hot 97.
The news comes in the middle of a legal tailspin for the popular rapper — he recently fired his longtime manager (who just so happens to be Wacka Flocka’s mama) after he and his business partners were named in two separate lawsuits over concert no-shows.
Incarcerated rapper Gucci Mane has been hit with a lawsuit for allegedly failing to perform at a pair of in Pennsylvania last year.
Gucci Mane has been ordered to spend one year in Rapper’s Rehab — also known as the state prison.
The Atlanta rapper, born Radric Davis, was sentenced to 12 months in prison Thursday after violating his probation stemming from a 2005 collar on assault charges. The rapper was just released out of prison in March after serving a year for failing to complete his full court-ordered community service obligations.
