Eminem Jay-Z Teaming Up For September Concerts
What could be better than hip-hop heavyweight Jay-Z hitting the stage in his first concert at the new Yankees Stadium? How about being joined by equally-impressive lyricist Eminem?
The hip-hop titans will play the first concert at the new Yankee Stadium, in Jay’s native New York, on Sept. 13. The stars also revealed that 11 days earlier, on Sept. 2, Hov will join Eminem at his hometown ball park, Comerica, for a live show in Detroit.
Eminem and Jay-Z attended the New York-Detroit game at Comerica Park this week to announce the news.

German Magazine Apologizes For Phony Beyonce Interview
The editors of a German gossip magazine have issued a public apology and retraction to R&B superstar Beyonce after the publication published a faux story about the singer and her marriage to rapper Jay-Z.
The Neon Magazine article, published this week, featured details about an alleged marriage contract and prenuptial agreement between the music stars. The interview claimed that Beyonce and Hov signed a secret marriage contract to stay wed for two years, fueling online rumors that the couple — who married in 2008 — would soon split. The publication has since retracted the piece and the journalist who penned it has been fired.
Jay-Z Beyonce Visit The White House Pictures
The Washington Post revealed this week that hip-hop boss Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce visited The White House for “a quick, unscheduled visit with President Obama” while in town for a show at the Verizon Center on Wednesday. Now RapRadar.com has obtained flicks of a beaming Hov and Beyonce — joined by Tina Knowles and Trey Songz — in a White House meeting room. The whole setup reminds some people of this 2005 XXL cover.
In February, Jay-Z told the BBC’s Jonathan Ross that he’d be meaning to make a visit to his old budding Michelle and Barry.
“I’ve been invited to the White House a couple of times,” he said. “Hopefully we’ll keep him in for eight years, so I’ll have time to get there.”
