Diddy was rushed by his bodyguard out of an Atlanta night after shooting erupted during a party hosted by rap mogul Jermaine Dupri. Usher, Gabrielle Union, Nia Long, Regina King, Larenz Tate, and Nelly were also in attendance when gunfire rang out around 3:30 a.m. at Dreamz ATL on Friday.
The altercation started when a bouncer was accused of double-charging some guests for entry. At least one security guard was injured.
“I’m sad this incident happened because it interrupted a beautiful and loving party. But I’m happy none of my people or friends got hurt. And the party continues,” J.D said in a statement Saturday.
