Pop music trio The Jonas Brothers are hoping to team up with hip-hop star Kanye West for a mash-up remix of their single “Paranoid” and ‘Ye’s track of the same name.
Baby bro Nick Jonas would love to hook up with the Grammy Award-winning star in a bid to put a different spin on the two tunes.
“We want to do a mash-up of (both Paranoid songs). So, if (Kanye)’s watching, I think it’d be awesome!” the 16-year-old crooner said in an interview with MTV News on Tuesday.
Kanye West and Lady Gaga are heading out on tour together. Kanye and quirky “Love Game” singer will embark on a tour of North America this fall, the “Heartless” rapper revealed during an appearance on ABC’s The View on Wednesday.
Tour dates and ticket information have yet to be announced.
Looks like Kanye West is officially back on the market. A spokesperson for hip-hop’s resident egomaniac has confirmed recent rumors of the rapper’s split from labia-lovin’ Buss It Baby Amber Rose.
“They are no longer a couple,” the rep says of the rapper’s split from the music video model.
On Thursday, a very unhappy Kanye West took to his blog to discuss a leaked version of his latest video, “Paranoid.”
“IT HURTS ME TO SEE THE OLD AND VERY WRONG VERSION OF THE PARANOID VIDEO GET LEAKED ALL OVER THE NET WHILE I WAS ON AN 11 HR FLIGHT AND COULDN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT,” Kanye wrote in all-caps. “IT’S JUST FRUSTRATING WHEN THIS STUFF HAPPENS.”
The star added, “THE VERSION THAT LEAKED FROM THE CAMERA PHONE LAST WEEK IS AT LEAST A LITTLE CLOSER TO THE FINAL PRODUCT” but still not up to his standards.
Rihanna appeared in lingerie in the leaked version of the video, but in stills Kanye posted from the official version, she is featured dramatically speeding down the highway.
Model Amber Rose has slammed rumors that she’s been cheating on her hip-hop superstar boyfriend, Kanye West with rapper Cassidy.
Kanye began dating Amber earlier this year, but rumors surfaced last week claiming the couple had split after the biracial blonde was linked to the “Hotel” hitmaker.
Amber has taken to her Twitter.com page to clear up the Cassidy reports, writing: “I do NOT know Cassidy personally, I met him for the first and only time at a charity softball game. THAT’S IT! These blogs r (sic) ridiculous!”
