Another day, another drama for divorced former couple Darius McCrary and Karrine “Superhead” Steffans, the hip-hop cum dumpster-turned-pseudo relationship guru.

Steffans, who penned the 2010 dating manual The Vixen Manual: How to Find, Seduce, and Keep the Man You Want, has obtained her second restraining order against her actor ex in less than two years amid allegations that the former Family Matters star has been stalking her through a window in a series of strange occurences that began in January.

Well, alrighty then….

TMZ spills the tea on the tomfoolery: “According to the docs, Darius would regularly bypass security in her gated community by sneaking through a rear entrance — and sit outside her home to wait for her to return. Karrine claims Darius would then call her and ask her to ‘look outside of [her] window’ — where Darius was peering inside. According to Karrine, the harassment even spilled over onto the Internet — claiming Darius sent her an email, stating, ‘You should do the world a favor and kill yourself.’ Calls to Darius weren’t returned.”

Oh Eddie….

In an open letter uploaded to her website late last year, Karrine blew the lid off of (No pun intended) alleged abuse she suffered at Darius’ hands during their three year union. McCrary, who replaced Shemar Moore on the CBS sudster The Young & The Restless, denies ever striking Steffans. He claims he divorced the loose-lipped loon after she tried to mow him down with a car and threatened to attack him with a knife.

Will you look at what the cat drug in? Karrine “Superhead” Steffans — the alleged “battered woman” (Insert eye-rolling here…) known for spilling the tea on her various sexcapades with celebrities — has another book in the pipeline.

This time, the outspoken One-Night Stand from Hell is looking to help other folks spice things up in the bedroom.

Satisfaction, due out Aug. 10, is billed as a guide for “adventurous couples” looking to shake up their sex lives. Steffans describes her fourth literary effort as a work of “faction” — a tome of erotic fantasies that provides guidance on how to make the stories a reality.

Steffans, a former hip-hop music video model, became a bestselling author when her tell-all memoir, Confessions of a Video Vixen, hit shelves in 2005.

Karrine Steffans, the loose-lipped “video vixen” who came to fame after penning a tome of her trysts with an assortment of rappers and athletes, is writing again.

That should have been our first indiction that there would be trouble.

In an open letter to VIBE, Steffans writes about suffering years of physical and emotional abuse at the hands of Darius McCrary, the ’80s child star best remembered for his role on the hit sitcom Family Matters. These days, McCrary makes his living starring as Malcolm Winters on the top-rated CBS soap The Young & The Restless — by a lucrative gig on a TV melodrama hasn’t stopped the actor from using his controversial bride of nearly three years as a personal punchbag, Steffans claims.

The writer behind the New York Times best-sellers The Vixen Manual and The Vixen Diaries: “For the past several years, I have been involved in a highly abusive relationship. I have been choked, whipped with belts, thrown about, berated, belittled, raped, and disregarded as a human being. I have been abandoned and embarrassed, then, loved and coddled.”

Steffans continues: “I have been caught in a vicious cycle and have left on many occasions, just to return. I have found little support from my friends and family because I complain, and I cry, then I go back for more. I go back knowing that, one day, he’ll kill me but he’s all I have. He’s the only one who understands because he’s stuck in this cycle, too. When I try to confide in friends they ask, “Well, what did you do to him? What did you say to him?” They tell me, “You know how he is, he’s never going to change, so why do you stay? You know what you’re getting into. Don’t tell anyone because he’ll come out looking good and you’ll only make yourself look bad.” It’s always my fault. No one understands – not even me.”

Given her super-scandalous reputation, does anybody care?

Child star-turned-soap stud Darius McCrary’s shortlived marriage to retired rap industry ho Karrine “Superhead” Steffans in no more. McCrary — who replaced Shemar Moore as Malcom Winters on the CBS daytime drama The Young & The Restless — served his controversial spouse with divorce papers last month, pulling the plug on the nearly year-old marriage just days before Valentine’s Day.

While Darius, now 33, says he still cares about Karrine, the volatile nature of their stormy romance has become too much for him to bare.

“I will always love Karrine and her son, but we are not good together. It was just time for us to go our separate ways,” the actor revealed in the March 22 issue of The National Enquirer.

A source close to the warring exes tells the tab: “He hoped he and Karrine could remain friends. Even though he was filing, he sent flowers to remind Karrine that he still cares about her. He wanted to say let’s go our separate ways, but wish each other well.”

Karrine, on the other hand, insist Darius was unfaithful to her. A claim the soap star denies.

“He cheated on me. You can’t cover that up with a bouquet of flowers!”

The pair have certainly enjoyed a bumpy road in their three years together. You may recall that Karrine — a New York Times Best-Selling Author once romantically-linked to half the hip-hop community — tried to mow Darius down with her car after he allegedly choked her in a Los Angeles parking lot in 2008. And of course there was the time she aired him out with anal beads:

As you may recall, this is the second time this week that hip-hop’s former “Homie Humper” has been owned by her beloved “White Media.” On Tuesday, morning show hosts for Good Day Sacramento hung up on Steffans after she chastised them for mentioning her past as a high-priced prostitute.

In the past, Karrine Steffans — The Human Semen Recepticle Formerly Known As “Superhead” — has been vocal about her bias against “Black Media.” With that in mind, The New York Times Best-Selling author has hit the promo track for her third book, The Vixen Manual, by catering to only “mainstream” media outlets.

Unfortunately for the “married mama of two,” the hosts of Sacramento’s CW Morning Show weren’t prepared to to give Ms. Steffans the kind of royal asslicking she’s grown accustomed to on other networks when she appeared on the show earlier this week.

Karrine Steffans — author of two tell-all books about her life and career as a semen-slurping groupie — offers tips and tricks for ho-hopping and man-hunting in her latest book, The Vixen Manual: How to Find, Seduce & Keep the Man You Want.

Here is an excerpt from Chapter One.

Eventually, most of us women tire of being single, always hanging out with the girls, meeting up for margaritas and club crawling, only to have to slink back home to an empty bed. We begin to long for the fulfillment of a relationship. This doesn’t have to mean we’re lonely, unable to be in the company of just ourselves. It simply means we no longer want to operate alone. Romantic companionship can be tremendously enriching, enhancing all areas of our lives, under the best circumstances. There’s something uniquely beautiful about Blockbuster nights under a fluffy duvet with someone special, our feet touching, our bodies entwined as we steal each other’s warmth. If only for a season, we all experience a very visceral need to couple, to be touched, and to at least feel loved. If it happens with enough repetition and mutuality, you may soon find that you’re no longer single. The trick, however, is to still be you. Even though you’ve found Mr. Wonderful, or just Mr. Seasonal, it’s important to remain singular and not get so lost in this wonderful (possibly seasonal) bliss that you disappear as an individual.

Make sure you have a strong understanding of who you are and what you stand for before you set out to be in a relationship. Know your singular self. The more you know about you, the better equipped you’ll be to participate in a healthy relationship, and you’ll be much less likely to tolerate what you don’t deserve.
