As you may recall, this is the second time this week that hip-hop’s former “Homie Humper” has been owned by her beloved “White Media.” On Tuesday, morning show hosts for Good Day Sacramento hung up on Steffans after she chastised them for mentioning her past as a high-priced prostitute.

In the past, Karrine Steffans — The Human Semen Recepticle Formerly Known As “Superhead” — has been vocal about her bias against “Black Media.” With that in mind, The New York Times Best-Selling author has hit the promo track for her third book, The Vixen Manual, by catering to only “mainstream” media outlets.

Unfortunately for the “married mama of two,” the hosts of Sacramento’s CW Morning Show weren’t prepared to to give Ms. Steffans the kind of royal asslicking she’s grown accustomed to on other networks when she appeared on the show earlier this week.

Karrine Steffans, author of the new relationship manual The Vixen Manual, shared some advice on finding and keeping the right man with The TODAY Show’s Hoda and Kathie Lee on Monday.

Karrine Steffans — author of two tell-all books about her life and career as a semen-slurping groupie — offers tips and tricks for ho-hopping and man-hunting in her latest book, The Vixen Manual: How to Find, Seduce & Keep the Man You Want.

Here is an excerpt from Chapter One.

Eventually, most of us women tire of being single, always hanging out with the girls, meeting up for margaritas and club crawling, only to have to slink back home to an empty bed. We begin to long for the fulfillment of a relationship. This doesn’t have to mean we’re lonely, unable to be in the company of just ourselves. It simply means we no longer want to operate alone. Romantic companionship can be tremendously enriching, enhancing all areas of our lives, under the best circumstances. There’s something uniquely beautiful about Blockbuster nights under a fluffy duvet with someone special, our feet touching, our bodies entwined as we steal each other’s warmth. If only for a season, we all experience a very visceral need to couple, to be touched, and to at least feel loved. If it happens with enough repetition and mutuality, you may soon find that you’re no longer single. The trick, however, is to still be you. Even though you’ve found Mr. Wonderful, or just Mr. Seasonal, it’s important to remain singular and not get so lost in this wonderful (possibly seasonal) bliss that you disappear as an individual.

Make sure you have a strong understanding of who you are and what you stand for before you set out to be in a relationship. Know your singular self. The more you know about you, the better equipped you’ll be to participate in a healthy relationship, and you’ll be much less likely to tolerate what you don’t deserve.

Karrine “Superhead” Steffans — The New York Times Best-Selling Author — is set to pull a “Steve Harvey” and release her new relationship guide for women, entitled The Vixen Manual: How to Find, Seduce & Keep the Man You Want next month.

“The third book is about relationships and sex and just things that I’ve learned along the way about men and the relationships that we have with them,” says the former hip-hop groupie, who is the also the author Confessions Of A Video Vixen & The Vixen Diaries.

It’s turning into a Battle of He Said/She Said between bitter exes Karrine “Superhead” Steffans and former Family Matters star Darius McCrary. Darius has filed a retaliatory restraining order against Karrine. Darius denies recent claims that he ran over the best-sellling author’s foot with his car, instead the former child star say she “jumped on the trunk of my car and then the roof of my car. She started beating my vehicle and windows.” The complaint also accuses Steffans of stalking, $3,500 in property damage, and physical and verbal abuse.

“Karrine slapped me so hard that she hit a bystander.”

According to TMZ.com, the former porn star filed a police report claiming Darius ran over her foot with his car on Thursday, June 5th near Universal Studios in Hollywood.

Karrine claims the incident occurred after she tossed Darius after the home the couple shared, along with her minor son. She says she agreed to meet Darius to talk after her son “had an emotional breakdown” after not seeing his surrogate dad for several days.

In August of 2007, the author filed a police report claiming the Darius choked her “til she passed out.” She later dropped the charges: “I didn’t want him going to prison,” she told TMZ, “so I told them I was drunk and didn’t remember what happened.”

After sucking and swallowing her way into the literay world, Superhead is looking to compete in the industry she is most famous for bedding. Karrine Steffans has signed with Murphy Entertainment, a recording label founded by actor Eddie Murphy. The self-proclaimed video vixen has been featured rapping on a King Magazine mixtape.

ELISE NEAL, who recently admitted to ’secretly’ dating 50 Cent, has landed the role of human cumbucket KARRINE ‘SUPERHEAD’ STEFFANS’ in an upcoming biopic about the video vixen.

Elise tells King: “I just want it to be something she (Karrine) has a lot of control over… I would do it if it came together the right way.”
