Lisa married the “How Deep Is Your Love” crooner in 1991. During their 2003 split, both partners accused each other of infidelity, physical abuse, and theft. A judge utimately awarded Keith custody of Justin and Jordon. The singer has refused to sign a waiver allowing the boys to appear on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, says Lisa, 38, who appears on the RHOA with her second husband, former NFL star Ed Hartwell, and their 2-year-old son, EJ.

“I’ve already been seeing them four or five times a week, but now the time has come when I want to have them with me full-time,” Lisa explains. “I immediately filed for an appeal after the verdict, but I was never given a court date in five years. I’ve been afraid of the judicial system, but I’m finally taking the bull by the horns and trying to get my boys back again!”

Lisa and Keith are set to appear during a custody hearing in Fulton County (Georgia) Superior Court in October.

“If Keith has a hang-up about our sons being on TV, I would be fine with that. But Real Housewives is supposed to be a reality series, and the reality is that all the fans watching believe I only have one child,” she says. “Jordan and Justin understand what the show involves, and they’d love to do it. I adore all three of my sons — and I believe they all have a rightful place on the show.”

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Lisa Wu Hart is suing her ex-husband, ’80s R&B crooner Keith Sweat, for custody of the pair’s two sons.

Keith and Lisa were married in 1992 and divorced in 2003. Keith won full custody after claims that Lisa was too career-driven to provide a stable lifestyle for Jordan Sweat, 14, and Justin Sweat, age 11.

According to court papers filed in the Superior Court of Fulton County and obtained by Access Atlanta on Monday, “The best interest of the minor children will be served by modifying the current custody and visitation provisions to make Mother the primary physical condition of the minor children. Since the time of the Divorce Decree, Mother has remarried, owns a successful business and will provide a stable, loving, and nurturing environment in which she can raise the minor children. Mother seeks primary physical custody and joint legal custody with final decision-making on all issues regarding the minor children. She will reasonably engage Father in good faith discussions before any final decisions are made concerning the children’s welfare.”

If she does get custody, she requests child support as well.

Lisa has one son with her current husband, former NFL player Ed Hartwell.

To celebrate 25 years of McDonalds Chicken McNuggets, R&B crooner Keith Sweat has dedicated a ballad to the classic menu item.

“Celebrating 25 years of Chicken McNuggets at McDonald’s is a throwback to an era where music was fun and R&B ruled the airwaves,” Keith says. “I wrote my own special tribute that I think both McNuggets fans and music lovers will appreciate.”

Keith Sweat has refused to allow his two sons with Southern socialite Lisa Wu Hartwell from appearing on the Bravo reality series The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

The legendary “Beggar of R&B” refused to sign a waiver allowing 13-year-old Jordan and 11-year-old Justin to be filmed.

“He’s like, ‘Lisa, it’s nothing personal,” Hartwell explains. “I just really don’t know how they’re going to edit and if they’re going to make you look crazy. I just don’t want the kids to be, you know, overexposed or anything.’”

“They asked their dad could they be involved, and he [said] no. It could have been a Disney show and I don’t think he would have signed it.”
