Former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland, who is finally riding the wave of solo success with her sexy summer single “Motivation,” was left red-faced when not one, but two of her surgically-enhanced boobs popped out of her risque top to say “Hello!” to the audience during a lounge performance in New Jersey over the weekend.

Now, nipples can slip in a number of ways; out the side, over the top… but in Kelly’s case, they made a break for it out the bottom of her bra as she raised her arms in the air. Might be time to go up a cup size, Kelly! It took a while for the 30-year-old ex-Child of Destiny to actually notice that her own Children” had actually made an impromptu cameo, but when she finally did, it was all smiles and on with the show.

Kelly’s embarrassment slip of nip comes less than a week after a similar fate befell rapper Nicki Minaj…during a live performance on Good Morning America.

Her saucy new album Here I Am is full of lyrics like, “When we’re done, I don’t want to feel my legs” and now she’s going topless on the cover of Vibe Magazine…

Guess this means Kelly Rowland’s had enough of the “Good Girl” image.

The 30-year-old former “Child of Destiny” stripped down for the latest cover of the music mag as her sultry song “Motivation” holds its seventh week at the top of the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop charts.

“I just wanted it to be skin, I’m so comfortable in my skin. As a woman, sometimes that takes so long to get to,” says the formerly flat-chested Kelly, who underwent breast augmentation surgery in 2007.

“I’m not trying to sell sex. I’m just completely being myself,” she added. “I don’t let nobody dictate who I am. I did it that way for too long that I don’t care about those people no more. I really don’t.”

Oh — could that be a reference to Beyonce’s alleged sticky-fingered father Mathew Knowles? After all, this is Kelly’s first album since she dumped Daddy Warbucks as her manager in 2009.

According to public records, former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland owes more than $98,000 in delinquent federal taxes. While the “Dilemma” star spends much of her time these days crisscrossing the waters of Europe, where she remains a fan favorite, the Internal Revenue Service filed a $98,634 lien against her with the New York Register earlier this month.

Kelly Rowland is getting up close and personal with fans in the new video for her latest single. “Rose Colored Glasses,” which was shot in 3D!

“This video has been fantastic, one of the best video experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve shot a lot of videos, but this one is probably the most intriguing in the sense of how it’s shot, the lighting, everything is so detailed,”
an excited Rowland explained in a behind-the-scenes video posted on YouTube Tuesday. “The inspiration behind the song is just my real life. The song was actually produced by Dr Luke and written by Ester Dean.”

The video – directed by noted fashion photographer Rankin — will premiere in full on VEVO, Sept. 20.

“The concept of the video is that it’s in 3D. It’s a very emotional song. You have this theme of looking at the world in an optimistic way from the outside,” chimed in Rankin, who has previously worked with pop stars Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue and Lily Allen.

The track will appear on her as-yet-untitled album, due in 2011.

Kelly Rowland isn’t such a “Grown Woman” when it comes to performing live. The former Destiny’s Child singer has spent the past few years trying to turn her once successful career as a girl grouper and was so nervous at a pair of recent concert hat she opted to lip-synch her own tracks.

Rowland – -whose pre-concert ritual is to blow in and out of a balloon until she’s gasping for air– gave in to the jitters recently when she opted to lip-sync during a concert at the P.C. Richard ‘n’ Son Theater in New York City last week.

The New York Post’s PageSix Column writes: “After the performance, a witness said, Rowland was upset because she knew she didn’t rock the house. The next day, reps for her Universal Motown label told Clear Channel suits, who handled the iheartradio Concert Series, they couldn’t use the show for an online video.”

Her rep claims Kelly sang “live to track” –which means that she sang along with a recording– because she was congested and didn’t want to disappoint her fans.

“She does not use balloons for anxiety, but rather to warm up her vocals.”

We guess Kelly Rowland saw the response from the public when she decided to name her third album Kelly Rowland. The “Commander” singer is asking the help of her fans to suggest names for her third album — debuting this fall!
