Sounds like Papa Knowles is taking being dissed as Kelly Rowland’s manager a little harder than we thought.
Word on The Snitch Circuit claims Mathew Knowles is so angry that the “Dilemma” singer dropped him as her manager earlier this year, that he has forbidden his little moneymaker daughter Beyonce from speaking to Kelly.
We hear the nearly lifelong pals, now 27, have ended their friendship.
“Matthew has been absolutely livid over this and has advised Beyonce not to let Kelly pull on her coat tails anymore. Matthew feels Michelle and Kelly should be lucky they have a career at all and often tie themselves in with Beyonce to gain more sales. This was fine when Kelly was apart of MWE but now she isn’t they don’t want them near each other,” according to the loose-lipped mole.
“Beyonce has taken her father’s advice. You will not see Beyonce and Kelly together unless they reform as Destiny’s Child or for birthdays. Beyonce and Kelly are no longer friends. Any future photos will be staged to keep the DC brand alive.”
The source adds, “Kelly is extremely upset about this as Beyonce does not answer any of her calls and when she does the conversation is short and strained. She cannot understand how Beyonce can be so cold after all the years they have worked together.”
Kelly Rowland — who is lighting up Bravo on the new reality competition The Fashion Show –performed “When Love Takes Over” and “Daylight” acoustically at Jo Whiley’s BBC Live Lounge during “BBC Radio 1′s Big Weekend” festival in Swindon, England over the weekend.
After being dropped from the Columbia Records roster last week, Kelly Rowland is without a label home or recording contract for the first time in her twelve year career.
She may be down, but she’s not out.
The good-natured R&B star is set to appear as a co-host and judge The Fashion Show, a new design show premiering on Bravo Thursday, May 7th @ 10 p.m. ET/PT

After the release of two commercially unsuccessful solo albums, former Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland and Knowles Family patriarch Mathew Knowles have announced that he will no longer manage her career.
According to both, the split is amicable and they will always remain family.
In a statement released on Wednesday, Mathew said:
“After a very positive meeting between Kelly Rowland and myself, we have amicably agreed to end our professional relationship. My company, Music World, will continue to manage Destiny’s Child as a group. As an artist Kelly has incredible talent and I only wish her the best. We will always be family first and foremost and as a dad I can only have love for Kelly.”
Kelly also released a statement:
“Matthew Knowles has been a positive influence in my career. I have had great success under his guidance–both as a member of Destiny’s Child and with my solo projects. Altough we have decided to part ways professionally, the Knowles family and the entire Music World Entertainment team will always be my family.”
Kelly, who turns 27 next month, did not say who her new manager will be.
Good luck to Kelly. We think under new management, she can make her mark as a solo artist.
Kelly Rowland is thinking about leaving the management of Beyonce’s father, Mathew Knowles.
Word on the Snitch Circuit claims the former Child of Destiny is jumping ship on Papa Knowles to ink a deal with American Idol producer Simon Fuller, who has managed the Spice Girls and Carrie Underwood.
