Keyshia Cole — R&B’s flame-haired ghetto princess — tied the knot with baby daddy Boobie Gibson, a starter hoopster for the NBA’s Cleveland Cavs, in a quickie ceremony in Las Vegas over the weekend. The wedding came after a week that included a snub at the 2011 BET Awards and an ensuing Twitter feud with Lil Kim, her collaborator on the 2005 hit “Let It Go.”

None of KC’s crazy ass kin; ie: mom Frankie and sister Neffe; were in the house for Saturday’s nups.

Keyshia’s fourth studio album entered the Billboard 200 chart at a disappointing No. 9 in late December and has only sold 181,300 copies as of Jan. 9. The defeat came as a crushing blow even for Keyshia, a graduate of the School of Hard Knocks. After all, all of her previous three LPs achieved platinum status.

Halley’s decision to release the Nicki Minaj-assisted “I Ain’t Thru” as the first single off the disc, caused a rift between Keyshia’s management and her label, Interscope Records. Just last month, Cole admitted that the decision to release “Thru” was a mistake. Now she’s gone one step further and given Manny his walking papers.

The “Love” singer took to her Twitter feed this week to make the announcement:

“Would like for u guys to know tht (sic) Manny Halley is no longer my management… Someone said if the people around u (sic) won’t change, change the people around you,” she wrote.

Word on the Curb has it that Cole was given the boot by the folks at Luster’s and replaced as the face of Pink: Smooth Touch Relaxer. Word is that Keyshia lost her two-year-old endorsement deal with the enduring African-American hair care brand after she demanded that more money to ink a new contract. Luster’s, in turn threw up the deuces and gave Keyshia’s contract — and the cash she turned down — to Luckett.

Chris Brown is in the studio with R&B songbird Keyshia Cole. The 21-year-old broke the news about their clandestine collaboration in a Twitter update Thursday.

Brown Tweeted: “In the studio wit Keyshia Cole . . . she says hello!!!!”

The collaboration is the most recent move by Brown, who has struggled to recover his career since pleading guilty to assault charges against his ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Last week, Brown is also in chats to put something on wax with hip-hop “It Guy of the Hour” — Drake.

“Both mother and baby are doing great,” Keyshia’s rep confirmed to Us Weekly on Wednesday.

In a statement to her fans Friday, the “Trust” singer says she has ended communication with her family because she was “at a point in my life where I needed serenity and peace to move forward.”

“To all my friends and fans – It’s time that I clear the air. It’s not a secret that I haven’t been in contact with my mother Frankie, and my sisters Neffe and Elite and I never wanted to air out our differences to the public. While I won’t go into detail here I find it necessary to let you guys know I decided to stop communication with them because I was at a point in my life where I needed serenity and peace to move forward. Please know I love my family very much but it was time to let it go. You guys are a witness to a lot of what was happening from watching on air and online. Now that I am becoming a mom my passion for having a loving and peaceful home for my child is my #1 priority. It’s very important to both Daniel and I. My plate is very full; I have a new baby coming, we are planning our wedding and I am working in the studio on a new album that I am close to completing. The stress that my family is giving me with their constant false reports is not healthy and it’s not what I need at this time in my life. Please understand that there are only a few people that can officially confirm or deny anything that’s happening in my life and that’s me, Daniel, and my publicist, Tresa Sanders. And my girl Monica never lies.”

Keyshia Cole has announced her pregnancy and pending engagement to Cleveland Cavaliers player Daniel “Boobie” Gibson, a rep for the star confirmed to Us Magazine on Wednesday.

“I can confirm she is engaged and has an incredible ring,” her rep tells Us.

The rep tells the tab Boobie popped the question on New Year’s Eve, adding that it was “an absolute surprise. When he asked her to marry him, she was flabbergasted. He presented her with the ring and her mouth dropped in amazement. It’s too beautiful for words.”

Keyshia Cole is expecting a big “Boobie” baby! We hear the Grammy-nominated spitfire is about 5 months pregnant by her boyfriend Daniel “Boobie” Gibson of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The couple is due in March.
