R&B legend Patti LaBelle joined eccentric pop star Lady Gaga for an impromptu performance at the CFDA Fashion Awards Afterparty in New York this week. Gaga stripped off her designer frock and partied in a mesh bodysuit, nipple pasties and spiky G-string as she partied at the Standard Hotel in New York. The “Born This Way” singer was celebrating winning an award for being a Style Icon earlier that night. At least she covered up her nips this time!
Lady Gaga — or as some of us affectionately like to call her, Lady Caca –will be happy to hear that even the sex industry has been swept up in “PokerFace Fever.”

Akon can retire a few decades earlier, thanks to his gutsy decision to sign fashion risk taker/pop sensation Lady Gaga. Akon signed the star to his KonLive label at Interscope Records in 2007 after the 23-year-old was dropped by at least five other imprints. It’s a move that has set Akon up for life. We hear Kid Cudi has been dropped from Lady Gaga’s hit “Monster Ball Tour” after punching a fan during a concert in Vancouver last weekend.
A statement from the star reads: “Kid Cudi has decided to take an early leave of absence from Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball tour, in order to balance his schedule surrounding the recording of his next album and acting commitments. Cudi does not want to disappoint his fans and will move forward with his individual show dates in December and throughout the month of January.”
