Reggaeton hitmaker Daddy Yankee was hospitalized on Ffor acute viral syndrome and dehydration on Friday. The “Rompee” artist has become exhausted after completing several promotional appearances related to his new album, “El Cartel: The Big Boss.” Yankee has cancelled his appearance on the MTV Tr3s float in Sunday’s Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City.
