In Touch Weekly snitches claim Ray-J treated ‘new friend’ Lil Kim to a $20,000 shopping spree at Louis Vuitton on Beverly Hills’ Rodeo Drive in early July. “They’ve been spending a lot of time together,” a mole tells the mag.
