Head-turning fortysomethings Stacey Dash and LisaRaye McCoy have been cast as best friends in the new VH1 drama Single Ladies, but the real-life relationship between the actresses is anything but peaches & cream, according to set snoops.

Us Weekly reports that the girls had to be pulled about after a furious Stacey went for LisaRaye’s throat — literally — during a recent shoot.

The glossy writes: “On Tuesday at around 2:27 a.m., Dash reportedly ran off set screaming, ‘No, I ain’t coming back unless that b’tch gets her as* kicked!’ he 45-year-old ex-Clueless star was referring to one of the show’s other stars, LisaRaye McCoy. The source adds that everyone on set was stunned, because McCoy, 44, apparently did nothing to provoke this behavior. ‘It was an intimate dinner party scene so everyone was in cocktail dresses,’ he source says. ‘Stacey was screaming and running around in thousand dollar Louboutins!’”

The new one-hour-long Atlanta-based dramedy, executive produced by Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit Entertainment, is VH1′s first foray into scripted programming and also features actress Charity Shea.

Single Ladies debuts Monday, May 30 @ 9PM/ET.

The Player’s Club actress claims her celebrity friends abandoned her after her divorce from adulterour Turks & Caicos Premier Michael Misick last year, and she plans to blast them on her still-untitled show.

“LisaRaye hosted Star at her home in the Turks & Caicos for three weeks when Star was going through her divorce from Al Reynolds,” says a source close to the upcoming TV One series. “When the tables turned and McCoy’s marriage ended, Star was helping LisaRaye’s husband.”

LisaRaye also says she was also double-crossed by former bestie Vivica A. Fox, who allegedly shared her most intimate secrets with Misick. “LisaRaye hasn’t spoken to Vivica since….”

The network has revealed that cameras will follow LisaRaye as she attempts to revive her acting career while balancing a troubled personal life.

LisaRaye will be shown focusing on her acting career, helping her 19-year-old daughter Kai transition into adulthood; keeping in touch with her incarcerated sister, Da Brat; and taking care of her ailing mother. The half-hour show’s eight episodes will be shot in both Los Angeles and the island of Turks and Caicos, where she served as the First Lady during her turbulent marriage to former Premier Michael Misick.

Actress LisaRaye is reflecting on her failed marriage to Turks & Caicos premier Michael Misick in a new interview with Essence.com.

ESSENCE.COM: Nice to hear from you. You’ve laid low since all the hoopla surrounding your marriage to Turks and Caicos Premier Michael Misick. How have you been holding up?

LISARAYE: Honestly, I hoped our divorce could be amicable. I’m saying to him, “Let’s get it over with so we can move on with our lives. It’s not fair to keep me involved in all this mess that I know nothing about… I’m human and enough is enough.” I’m going through some things, but I’ve been quiet and haven’t spoken to my country. I was trying to bow out gracefully, but after a while the Southside [of Chicago] had to come forward and finally say, “Hold on! Wait a minute!”

Essence Magazine has snagged a few exclusive shots the injuries LisaRaye McCoy suffered following her violent altercation with estranged husband Michael Misick. While the Turks & Caicos Premier claims LisaRaye was not injured during the melee, but the actress’ bruised, blotched skin tells another story.

Actress LisaRaye and her Turks and Caicos Premier husband Michael Misick have released a pair of dueling press releases following their biting brawl on the Caribbean island on Wednesday. The couple are in the early stages of a divorce following rumors of rape and infidelity targeted at Michael.

In a statement released Thursday, Michael says:

“Last night LisaRaye, her cousin Phillip Travis, and her publicist Lynn Jeter assaulted the guard at the Premier’s home, proceeded to ransack the house, and then assaulted the Premier and his sister. As the result of her assault on them, both the Premier and his sister were taken to the hospital with injuries and later released. The Premier at no time had any physical contact with LisaRaye.”

“It is public knowledge that the couple has been separated for months, and LisaRaye has no lawful right to be in the residence. Her conduct yesterday clearly contradicts her stated commitment to dissolve the marriage amicably.”

LisaRaye released her own statement, claiming it was Michael who attacked and adding that she has every right to enter the mansion.

“It is with great sadness that I have to announce that my husband and I have separated. Last night, Wednesday August 13, 2008, an attempt was made by and on behalf of my husband to first prevent my entry into our home and then, later, to make me leave our home by force. It was necessary for me to receive medical treatment for injuries suffered and in relation to those injuries I shall continue to assist the police force with its inquiries.”

“Although I have always been a supportive wife even in light of the very serious allegations currently pending against the Premier, there are limits even for me…..”

Damn, this is getting better than The Young & The Restless! The Michael Misick/Rocsi/LisaRaye Love Triangle took an ugly turn late Wednesday as the Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands Michael Misick and his wife, actress LisaRaye, were involved in a violent brawl in the estranged couple’s island mansion last night.

According to Caribbean Net News:

The fight, which reportedly occurred in the presence of a number of government officials…resulted in both Misicks seeking emergency medical attention for bites. Each has filed a police report against the other….

Michael Misick and LisaRaye McCoy announced their intention to file for divorce on Tuesday, but trouble first hit the couple last March, as Michael faced accusations that he sexually assaulted on of his wife’s friends in his home. In early August, LisaRaye’s publicist released a statement accusing the Premier of attending the Turks and Caicos Music Festival with BET VJ Rosci while his wife was in New York City.
