The National Enquirer is reporting that 72-year-old Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman had a long-running sexual affair with his estranged wife’s 27-year-old granddaughter that began when the young woman was still in her teens.

Morgan Freeman was injured in a one-vehicle crash near his rural Mississippi home Sunday night.

The accident happened after Freeman’s car went off the shoulder of the road and flipped over, the Associated Press reports.

The screen legend had to be airlifted to a Memphis hospital for treatment and is currently listed in serious condition.
