Rihanna’s over-promoted “Good Girl Gone Bad” barely edged out Paul McCartney’s “Memory Almost Full” selling 162,000 sets, according to Nielsen SoundScan figures. The opening sets a record for Rihanna-”Good Girl Gone Bad” has the highest first-week sales of all of Rihanna’s three albums.
