Hip hop hook singers and twin duo Nina Sky (Nicole and Natalie Albino) have taken to their Twitter page to lash out at their label, Polo Grounds, and its president Bryan Leech for postponing the release of their long-delayed sophomore album, The Musical.
The girls first hit the music scene with their reggae-charged Summer 2004 anthem “Move Ya Body.” The later went on to contribute vocals to tracks by The Alchemist and NORE. But after releasing two singles, “Curtain Call” and “On Some Bullshit,” Nicole and Natalie’s completed follow-up album has been collecting dust for the past two years.
Nina Sky’s long-awaited sophomore showing ‘The Musical’ is set for release later this summer. Check out ‘Get Your Clothes Off,’ the NYC born twins first ‘Musical’ single.
Queens bred Nina Sky will release their sophomore album “The Musical” later this year. The disc will feature production by Scott Storch, Ryan Leslie, Salaam Remi, The Jettsonz, DJ Cipha Sounds, Stargate, and guest spots by Ne-Yo, Trey Songz, D-Block, Rick Ross.
