Lil Wayne Baby Mama No. 4, R&B singer Nivea, says there’s zero truth to reports that she was collared for drunk driving in Atlanta over the weekend after plowing her 2006 Mercedes into a tree with one of her four children in the back seat. Instead, the singer — who scored a Billboard hit with her 2002 tune “Don’t Mess With My Man” — said the accident was caused by a downed tree that was poorly blocked off. She said authorities only set up a few “kids soccer cones” and caution tape in front of the tree that was “the size of a house.”

“Once I spotted [the tree]-after I cut on my brights, I was running into it at that the point. It was too late,” Nivea explains.

After a hiatus from recording that included a marriage to The-Dream and an unexpected pregnancy courtesy of hip-hop spermanator Lil Wayne, now mother of three Nivea is singing her way back to the forefront.

The Southern soulster is putting her spin on Sade’s 1989 ballad “Stronger Than Pride,” which will serve as the first single from her upcoming mixtape, Nivea Uncovered. Nivea does the song great justice, but we think Rahsaan Patterson retains the crown for “Best Sade Cover of All-Time.”

Lil Wayne is a father for the fourth time – the 27-year-old rap star is celebrating the birth of his second son this year.

Actress Lauren London gave birth to Wayne’s son Lennox Samuel Ari in September. Lil Wayne also has another son, Dwayne Carter III, who was born a woman identified simply as “Sara” last year. A daughter, Reginae, with ex-wife Antonia “Toya” Carter, was born in 1998. Read the rest of this entry »

It’s The Attack Of The Baby Mamas!

Freddy O snagged a few shots of Lil Wayne’s ex-wife, Toya Carter, in the company of R&B diva Nivea — who is expecting the rapper’s third or fourth child (depending on whether she or Lauren London deliver first).

The girls all smiles at the Power Generation Conference in Atlanta over the weekend. In a recent interview with Sister 2 Sister, Toya revealed that Nivea is the only one of Wayne’s cumrags that she will allow in the presence of the couple’s 9-year-old daughter.

How decent of you, Toya.

Speaking of the fruit of Lil Wayne’s loins, third or fourth baby-mama-to-be Nivea — who already has three children with ex-husband The-Dream — was spotted at a R&B showcase for her new artist management group Avalon Music Group in Atlanta over the weekend.

Boy does she look ready to pop.

Celebrity photog FreddyO claims R&B singer Nivea is pregnant with Lil Wayne’s baby. Ironically, love is richer the second time around for Nivea and Wayne, who were previously engaged.
