The guy who made millions after a news reel of him ranting about his younger sister’s attempted rape became the most watched YouTube video of 2010 was busted and booked in his hometown of Huntsville, Alabama at approximately 2:30 AM Saturday after cops caught him in possession of marijuana. Poor thing didn’t even have a chance to shave before Po-Po snapped this captivating mugshot for the family scrapbook. Dodson was released a short time after, but not before he was hit with a few other misdemeanor charges; including two for failing to appear on a traffic charge, one for failing to have insurance, and another for speeding.

American Express is suing singer/actress Jasmine Guy, former star of the NBC comedy A Different World, for $86,241.03 in unpaid debt, according to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.The aging diva, now 49, “has received the monthly [billing] statements without protest, and has not advised American Express that such statements were in error in any respect,” the creditor alleges.

Guy appeared as murderous stage performer Velma Kelly in a late ’90s revival of Broadway’s Chicago, but hasn’t worked much in recent years.

Antoine Dodson, the outspoken pseudo-security guard who became a YouTube and iTunes sensation after his sister was nearly sexually assaulted in the family’s apartment in Alabama’s gritty public housing projects, finally has enough dough to move his family into a safer home.

Dodson tells Us Weekly that he, his sister Kelly, and her children have moved into a new home in a newly built sub-development outside Mobile — thanks to the money Antoine pulled in with the viral smash “The Bed Intruder Song.” The hilarious parody of Dodson’s uncanny reaction to his sister’s assault was remixed by musicians The Gregory Brothers and turned Antoine’s “We Gon Find You” tirade into an Auto-Tuned song that hit the Top 50 iTunes list. The video’s been viewed more than 24 million times on YouTube.

“We found a house! We are excited … It’s for my whole family. And these are new houses that have just been built,” says the unlikely celeb, who is working on his Associate’s Degree in Business and hopes to one day open a salon.

Antoine says that although the reasons behind his newfound fame are not necessarily positive, he doesn’t regret a thing.

“I still can’t believe this. Even though my life is moving forward, it’s at a standstill in my mind. I’m like, ‘Wow! All of this is happening just off a news interview! I was angry!’ I was like, ‘I can’t believe this!’ I was really mad and everybody took the video and put it all out there. Now I’m glad that the world knows what’s going on so they won’t sweep this under the rug. This will bring pressure on the police department and investigators investigating the case.”

Local investigators are still on the hunt for the culprit in the Dodson case.

Sean Patrick Thomas — best remembered for his role in the 2003 comedy Barbershop and on television crime drama The District — is a dad again. Sean’s wife Aonika Laurent Thomas welcomed their second child, Luc Laurent, on Wednesday, June 9. The healthy girl weighed in at 7 lbs., 6 oz.

“Baby and family are doing great,” Thomas’ rep says.

Theater critics in New York City are easing on down the road for Grammy-winning singing star Ashanti’s revival of the Broadway musical, The Wiz. Featuring lively costumes and an outstanding score that helped make a star out R&B diva Stephanie Mills, was the most successful Black Broadway productions of the 1970s.

The show’s popularity even resulted in a film, starring Diana Ross and Michael Jackson.

Variety has compiled a list of reviews for the urban reworking of L. Frank Baum’s classic fairy tale, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, starring Ashanti as Dorothy and Orlando Jones as the man himself.
