After a brand-launching sex tape, a Playboy centerfold, and daily public appearances, you’d never guess that even reality TV star Kim Kardashian gets stage-fright! If you need proof, just check out this video of her encounter with pop legend Prince during a concert at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan on Monday night.

The Purple One invited the curvy brunette — who was attending the show with boyfriend Kris Humphries — to join him on stage to dance, but soon asked her to take a walk when she became too nervous to bust a move.

“I was so nervous I froze when Prince touched me!!!!” she Tweeted after the encounter.

Kim finally got it right when she was brought back on the stage two hours later.

“Went up on stage AGAIN! This time I redeemed myself! We all danced while Prince played the piano! Wow! What a night!”

All hail the Prince! Black Entertainment Television will honor the “unique style” of music icon Prince with a lifetime achievement honor at next weekend’s 10th Annual BET Awards.

“Prince is dynamic. Prince is genius. Prince is music,” Stephen G. Hill, President of Programming, Music, and Specials for BET, said Monday. Prince — who rose to fame with his self-titled 1979 debut LP — has churned out a battery of hits in three decades since he launched his career; including “Purple Rain,” The Beautiful Ones,” “Stil Waiting,” and “1999.”

The O’Jays, James Brown, Whitney Houston, and Diana Ross are among the other music legends who have been honored by BET in years past.

The 2010 BET Awards — hosted by Queen Latifah — will take place at The Staples Center in Los Angeles on June 27.

In a revealing interview with PBS moderator Tavis Smiley on Monday, music legend Prince revealed that he was cured of a serious childhood health condition — after a close encounter with an angel.

“I’ve never spoken about this before, but I was born epileptic. I used to have seizures when I was young,” Prince told Tavis on Night One of his two-part interview event. “My mother told me one day I walked into her and said mom I’m not going to be sick anymore, and she said ‘why?’ and I said; ‘an angel told me so.’”

“He is a cool cat, always dressed to impress. And he keeps us laughing all the time.”

Beyonce has been accused for the second time in a week of cheating on boyfriend of five years, Jay-Z. While last week’s snitches had Bey engaging in a steamy weekend long romp with NBA star, and Jay-Z pal, Lebron James in late 2006, tattles are now whispering that Beyonce is secretly dating long-time crush Prince, while Jay continues to lay the pipe to barely legal starlet Rihanna.

But nowadays he’s spending more time with his young discovery and less time with Beyonce. (Keep in mind he and beyonce never admitted they were an item.) And here’s a real twist: We’ve been told that Beyonce isn’t terribly upset about it because SHE has a massive crush on Prince and they are secretly seeing each other. This whole group is so secretive we may never learn the truth!

Prince has reportedly snubbed Michael Jackson’s offer of a joint tour.

M.J allegedly begged Prince to perform a string of concerts with him to help Michael re-launch his career.

Prince told Michael he wasn’t interested as he already has plans for his own tour later this year.

Michael was recently overheard complaining about the snub at the Sultan of Brunei’s son’s 25th birthday party:

“Michael seemed pretty upset about it. He said he’d approached Prince to see if he would like to work together, but Prince wasn’t interested.”

Prince was concerned that the hype surrounding Michael’s comeback would over-shadow the concerts, and he wasn’t prepared to be the ‘Beat It’ singer’s support act.
